Our Policy
Since all our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
When We'll Replace or Refund
We will provide a replacement or refund if your order:
- Arrives damaged (crushed, torn, water damage)
- Has a print defect (misprints, color errors, ink issues)
- Is the wrong item (different design or size than ordered)
- Never arrives (lost in transit)
How to Request a Return

Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date if not received)

Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem (for damage or defects)

Wait for our response - we'll review your request and respond within 2 business days
What Happens Next
Once we approve your request:
- Replacement: We'll produce and ship a new item at no cost
- Refund: We'll refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days
We may ask you to return the damaged item at our expense, or we may let you keep/dispose of it.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Orders placed more than 14 days ago
- Items damaged after delivery through customer handling
- Change of mind or "didn't like it" situations
- Color variations due to screen/print differences (see note below)
Note on Color Accuracy
Screens display colors differently than printed materials. Minor color variations between what you see on screen and the final print are normal and not considered defects. We work hard to calibrate our prints, but some variation is inherent to the printing process.
Cancelling an Order
Since we begin production quickly, order cancellation is only possible if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we likely cannot cancel.
