What paper do you print on?
Every print is made on 200 gsm matte paper: uncoated, smooth, and glare-free in any light. Full specs are on the Print Specifications page.
Are the frames real wood?
Yes. Framed prints come in 20 mm wood frames (black, white or natural wood) with a shatterproof plexiglass front and no mat, ready to hang out of the box.
How long until my order arrives?
Prints are made to order, then shipped. See the Shipping page for per-region production and delivery windows.
Can I return a print?
Because each piece is made to order, we don't take change-of-mind returns, but we fully replace or refund anything that arrives damaged or defective. Details on the Returns & Refunds page.
Not sure which size fits your wall? Open the To scale view on any print: it shows the print at its real size above a 210 cm sofa.
Where do you ship?
To Switzerland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the United States, and shipping is included in every price. Any import duties are set by your country and collected by the carrier.
