Our prints come in various sizes depending on the design. Standard options include:

What paper do you use?

We use premium archival-quality paper with a matte finish. It's thick, durable, and designed to last without fading.

Do prints come framed?

Currently, prints are sold unframed. This keeps shipping costs down and lets you choose a frame that matches your space.

Are the colors accurate?

We calibrate our prints to match the digital designs as closely as possible. Keep in mind that screens display colors differently, so slight variations are normal.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe's secure payment processing.

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing. Your card details never touch our servers.

Do you offer refunds?

Since all items are made to order, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will replace or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective.

Account & Orders

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders.

How do I check my order status?

You can use the tracking link in your confirmation email, or contact us with your order number.
