• Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Contact details, your email address, to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Basic analytics, anonymous usage data to understand what's popular and improve the site.

How we use it

We use your data only to fulfil orders, provide support, and operate the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that make orders work: our print-and-ship provider (to produce and deliver your order), our payment processor (to take payment), and our email provider (to send order emails).

Your rights

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
