Stairway Into the Quiet Light
A silent stair ascends through oceans made of mist, One shadow climbs, where all the edges cease to be. The handrails fade; the world becomes a gentled tryst, With milky light that calls the heart to simply see. Each step is breath, a vow whispered against the blue, A corridor of hush where yesterday grows thin. The doorway flares, as if the sky broke softly through, And in that glow, the wanderer begins again.
