Electric Blue Gaze

Two blue-lit stars command the restless night, In freckled dusk they carve a silent flame. The shadows hush, then tighten into light, As smoke and breath invent a secret name. A steady face, where thunder learns to stay, And warmth of earth meets cold electric sea. I stand undone beneath that cobalt ray, Held fast by eyes that say: remember me.
